Registration of your account on this site for participants requires a guardian name (if under 18), and that you or your parent/guardian accept this site's privacy policy and terms of service. If under 18, you may also have a leader explain this site's terms of service and privacy policy to you. Registration of an account on this site for leaders or sales reps requires a valid email address, address, phone, and that they accept this site's privacy policy and terms of service. Registration for Participants requires only first and last names, an optional email, and that they accept this site's privacy policy and terms of service. You are not required to provide any other information if you do not want to. The information you provide may render you personally identifiable, and may possibly be displayed on this web site intentionally to your pledge fund's leaders, sales associate, and site admins (depending on the way in which the site is configured) or unintentionally (subsequent to a successful act of intrusion by a third party). If you choose to link this account to your social accounts (facebook and/or twitter), this web site obtains minimal information from those social accounts used solely to aid in posting to those social media outlets for the sole purpose of soliciting donations for your fund's cause. Posts to these social media accounts include your provided facebook or twitter message and may include your image if you choose to upload one. In addition, if the fund is configured to accept online payments, a payment page is accessible containing one of your messages you have optionally provided, your picture if you have provided that, and your first name if the sponsor came from a twitter or facebook click or your first and last name if the sponsor logged in directly using a user/password. Access to the online payment page occurs through one of the following mechanisms: a) sponsors who have a personal login to the website from received physical mail or email, b) those who click your twitter or facebook provided link from a post we have done on your behalf (if a link to facebook and/or twitter is provided), or c) the public if you are deemed the spokesperson of your fund and are at least 18 years of age or older. As on many web sites, PledgeMe Direct may also automatically receive general information that is contained in server log files, such as your IP address, and cookie information. In addition, the inherit use of this site deems it necessary for you to collect and provide personally identifiable information about your sponsors in order that this site may perform a service pursuant to the site's purpose of sending mail and/or email to those sponsors on your behalf. Information collected for your sponsors include address, phone, business name, and customizable message information for the purpose of sending mail and/or email to solicit donations on your and your pledge fund's behalf. By providing a sponsor's Personally Identifiable Information, you are indicating that prior permission has been granted from the sponsor indicating it is acceptable to enter their information onto this website (PledgeMe Direct and/or its affiliates and partners). Information about how advertising may be served on this site (if it is indeed PledgeMe Direct's policy to display advertising) is set forth below. 2. Use of dataData may be used to customize and improve your user experience on this site as well as to perform the site's primary function of sending direct mail, posting to your facebook and/or twitter account or sending email inquiries to the provided sponsors for the purposes of soliciting pledges or donations on your behalf or on the behalf of the organization pursuing the pledge drive through services provided by PledgeMe Direct. Other site data collected incidentally such as log data, and statistics data will continue to remain on PledgeMe Direct's servers at PledgeMe Direct's discretion, even after your user account is deleted. You will be notified of substantial changes to this policy either by through the posting of a prominent announcement on the site, and/or by a mail message sent to the e-mail address you have provided, which is stored within your user settings. 7.
